    1. Deb,
I think we’ve emailed. If not, please reach out to me at ihelpc.com @gmail.com and I can help you. This is a PDF and I keep it on my phone, and in my email inbox. You can open it anywhere that way.
It has over 300 pages and about 250+ recipes. There is a lot of shopping and cooking information too.

    1. Gabriela,

I’ m so sorry. This is only available in English. Maybe you can have someone to translate it for you? Also, maybe your ereader or kindle may have a translator.

      Thanks so much,

  1. I just purchased the book for my sisiter who had a liver transplant a month ago.
I hope this book will help my mother who is taking care of her to give her ideas of what to cook for her. It has been difficult.

    1. I hope you’re able to find easy recipes for your mom to help your sister. I love to see family surrounding a loved one while they’re sick. My wish is that it will be hope into your family’s life as well.
      Everything is possible.

        1. Yes I can. I’m several months late in catching up on comments. What do you need? Have you been able to make some changes? Most of what I will recommend is to cook and eat at home.

I just put on a pot of beans with some cut up pork chops. Ham usually has a lot of sodium. I have a low sodium cornbread recipe on the website.

Do you like vegetables? Are you getting all the protein you need for your liver to heal? What caused your liver disease?

All these questions from nosy me. I hope you will connect again. I’d love to help.

  2. Hi Karen. I just paid the book on PayPal and I’m waiting for the pdf version on my e-mail adress. Thank you, have a nice day !

    1. I hope that you were able to get what you needed with the Liver Loving Diet Book. If not, will you reach back out?

Everyone who gets the book also receives instructions on how to use it as a cookbook for liver health.

  3. Does this book/information given in your blog help with liver fibrosis. Also your recipes mentioned beef and pork. My doctor advised against eating pork and beef.

    1. Hello Joann,
Some doctors advise against anything but fish and chicken. Many times, we do not get enough protein with liver disease. That can lead to muscle loss and becoming even weaker. A balanced diet with red meat or port a couple of times a week is not a big problem for most people with cirrhosis.
My doctor advised me to eat steak on occasion. Mostly, I use lean beef and/or pork in a soup or stew. If you balance it out, that is wise.
YES this whole website was started when I had end stage liver failure due to bridging fibrosis. This diet is what led me toward a path that helped me stay alive. I still eat it 90% of the time. My case was bad, and liver cancer is what finally got me on the transplant list. Everyone can benefit from the pages of this book and website.
I hope this helps and send you love and hugs,
      Karen
