Great article . I have non alcoholic cirr. I started with PBC and I took Ocavila and progressed to non alcoholic in 3 months. Then the dr. took me off Ocavila.

Hi Karen, I love brazil nuts, they are good for people with thyroid problems. They really do help you lose weight, in my personal experience. You shouldn’t eat more than 3 or 4 day, too many can be toxic.
